GP

• ・Use soft brush to clean the surface of the bag.
• ・Use plastic eraser to remove small marks on the bag body. However, it may change the appearance and become matte or damaged if it is not done gently.
• ・Ink from ballpoint pens or color staining from denim/jeans cannot be removed.
• ・A snap button on the opening of the bag is essentially a part of design, so it does not function as a closure when the bag has a content
• ・When not in use, keep your GP bag in a storage bag provided.

Nylon / Cordura Nylon

• ・Use soft brush to clean the surface of the bag.
• ・Due to characteristics of the material, it may damage the clothes made of delicate fabric when they were rubbed together.

Accessories

• ・Do not leave the zipper pull of 927N and 1927N in upright position, as the edge of the zipper may damage your clothes.

Vernis

• ・Use soft cloth to clean the surface of the bag.
• ・When not in use, keep your Vernis bag in a storage bag provided.

Daypack

• ・Inner coating of the bag may turn white over time.
• ・As it was intended for town use only, carrying heavy items such as laptop may lead to damage in the bag.
• ・The end of shoulder straps of 978N and 946C are not backstitched, thus they may come off the buckle easily.
     The shoulder straps will become snug and stay in place with use, however, always try to leave sufficient length at the end of the straps when carrying the bag.

All Products

• ・If there are marks and/or stains that don’t come off, use wet towel to wipe, then dry the bag completely avoiding the direct sunlight.
     You may also use soapy water and brush to remove stains, then again dry the bag completely avoiding the direct sunlight.
     Please be aware that use of water may leave water marks on the bag.
• ・Do not iron the bags, and avoid to place them near the heat source.
• ・Never wash them in the washing machine.
• ・Use of waterproof spray may cause in deterioration and color change in bag materials.
• ・Having key chains may damage the bag.
