As the signs of spring grow stronger day by day, I find myself growing more excited for the season\u2019s arrival. How have you all been?<\/span><\/p>\n

Recently, I visited the <\/span>\u201cTate Museum Exhibition \u2014 YBA & BEYOND: British Art of the 90s that Changed the World,\u201d<\/span>currently being held at The National Art Center, Tokyo. Although it may reveal my age a little, I belong to the generation that experienced this era in real time. Since my very first trip abroad was also to the UK, the exhibition brought back many nostalgic memories and allowed me to reconnect with the atmosphere of that time.<\/span><\/p>\n

After returning home, I couldn\u2019t resist pulling out old issues of <\/span>THE FACE , <\/span><\/strong>Dazed & Confused <\/span><\/strong>and<\/span> i-D <\/span><\/strong>from my bookshelf, once again appreciating the striking graphics and layouts.\u3000<\/span><\/p>\n

Recently, there has been a revival screening of \u300e<\/span>Trainspotting\u300f<\/span>, along with live performances in Japan by Pulp and Underworld earlier this year \u2014 it truly feels like a resurgence of 90s UK culture. And as was recently announced, Massive Attack will be performing at Fuji Rock Festival this year!<\/span><\/p>\n

Back in my student days, I attended the very first Fuji Rock Festival hoping to see Massive Attack, only for the event to be cancelled due to heavy rain\u2026 <\/span>I\u2019d love to finally make it back to Fuji Rock this year, if everything works out<\/span> \ud83d\uddfb<\/span><\/p>\n
